Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for delays due to the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
- If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@water-mate.com within 7 business days for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage and keep all packaging materials for claims.
Changes to shipping address
